Terms of Service
Please read these Terms carefully. They set the ground rules for how you can use Arentic and how we protect the stability and privacy posture of the platform.
Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to arentic.com and the Arentic AI marketing manager research agent (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility & Access
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes. Access is currently limited to authorized pilot customers. You are responsible for keeping account credentials (including passwords and access links) confidential.
Acceptable Use
You will not misuse the Service, including by (a) uploading unlawful or infringing content, (b) attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform, (c) using outputs to violate advertising policies, or (d) harvesting personal data without consent. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual Property
Arentic retains all rights to the Service, underlying models, and related materials. You retain rights to marketing assets you provide to us and receive a non-exclusive license to use generated insights and copy for your campaigns.
Payment & Trials
Pilot access is currently provided without charge. Future paid plans will be governed by separate order forms. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before introducing subscription fees.
Confidentiality & Data
We treat your inputs and outputs as confidential and use them only to deliver the Service, maintain security, comply with law, and satisfy partner audits. Additional detail is available in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside of Arentic's control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arentic's total liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to one hundred (100) U.S. dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us. We may terminate access by providing notice if you violate these Terms or for any reason upon 30 days' notice. Upon termination, we will delete stored data in line with our retention policy.
Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notices at least 15 days before they take effect.
